Maria zoekt: Een Appartement in Oss

My name is Maria, and together with my boyfriend Janek, we are interested in renting an apartment in the lovely Oss.
To tell you a bit about us, Janek is in his third year studying Engineering in Eindhoven, while I am studying Equine Business in Arnhem. We both come from Warsaw, Poland, and have been studying here in the Netherlands.
Even though we are students, we are very quiet and value peace. That's one of the reasons we chose Oss, as it's a calm place close to nature. We also like to keep our living space clean and fresh. Neither of us smokes, so you can be sure that the apartment will remain in good condition.
On the financial side, we have been working hard alongside our studies since we came here in September 2021. Besides our earnings from work, we also receive student financing from DUO. Together, we have a monthly gross income ranging from 4000 to 5000 euros. This means we can comfortably pay our rent every month without any delays. Our current landlord can confirm this for you. Moreover, we would like to rent this apartment for minimum of 2 years, and preferably longer.
